Welcome to the SoundCanvas WebRing homepage. The purpose of the Ring is to enable users to easily access sites which have something very much in common - a commitment to the Roland SoundCanvas series of musical instruments. It is part of SCUG - the SoundCanvas Users Group. In order to join you need to complete three simple steps: 1. Complete the Joining Form - entering details of your site. 2. Await an automated email - available almost immediately, then copy and paste the included Ring HTML fragment into your homepage. 3. Notify us by email on completion, so that your site can be verified. When verification is complete (normally within a very short time) your site will be added to the Ring and an email confirmation sent. You will be guided through this process... but please read the CONDITIONS first. CONDITIONS of MEMBERSHIP There are four conditions for joining, and continuing membership of the Ring: 1. Your site, including any site for which hyperlinks exist MUST NOT contain any material likely to cause offence. In particular this refers to content of a racial, religious or sexual nature. 2. The URL for which you give details on the Joining Form MUST contain a SoundCanvas WebRing logo (default or alternative) and HTML fragment at all times. You will be sent an email if there is a problem with your page. If you fail to respond your site will be removed to a holding queue. Any site in this queue for 14 days will be deleted. 3. We hope you won't - but if you leave the Ring we expect to be notified. It's only common courtesy. 4. It is NOT a requirement that you have SoundCanvas equipment, but it is expected that your site has some relevance to the SoundCanvas family of musical instruments, or music / information / software relating to it.
